Dream

Expand what’s possible for you, your business and your life in 2023. We’ll spend the day digging into the vision you’ve been longing your business to step into – more profitable, more time for yourself, more support so you can serve in a higher capacity, more EASE. You’ll finish the day crystal clear on what thriving and meaningful success in business and life look like for you in the year ahead.

Differentiate

Clarify what your Genius is, and differentiate between the work you’re a “Generalist,” “Specialist” and “Genius” at so you can focus your offers, calendar and attention on the work that will position you to have your most profitable & restful year yet. You'll also complete a guided business and calendar audit so you’re crystal clear on what’s working in your business, what isn’t, and the exciting changes you want to realize in 2023.

DAY TWO

Design

Design your 2023 business strategy to situate you in your Zone of Genius, increase your revenue and decrease your stress. You’ll create your “Big 3” 2023 business goals and a year-long, scaffolded strategy to achieve them that will optimize your offerings, calendar and systems and support to position you in your Genius and earn and enjoy more than you ever have before.

DAY THREE

Dedicate & Delegate

After you design it, you have to DO it. This is where we create a weekly schedule that prioritizes your Genius and protects time for you and your creativity. We’ll create a weekly schedule that prioritizes your game-changing work, protects time for you and your creativity, and decreases the busy work that depletes and frustrates you. Then, it’s time to make “Money Moves.” This is how we delegate, automate and de-activate the work that distracts you from your Genius so you increase your revenue while you increase your rest in 2023.
