As a coach, I’ve worked with solopreneurs to executives across industries – from medical spas to candle companies, art galleries to wealth management firms, tech giants to boutique wine consultancies. No matter how big the business or the role they hold, all of my clients share a common goal - finding a way to balance rest and their demanding, revenue-driven work. 

My passion for building businesses started when I was 7-years old. Whether I was launching services like pet care, babysitting, or jewelry making, I loved to build something of my own.

I was also my mom’s right-hand gal in her candle business and watched my mother — who had 3 jobs — relentlessly work 16-hour days, and sacrifice sleep and precious family time to support me and my brothers. My mom deserved better. She deserved both wealth AND well-being.

If there’s one thing I know for certain, it’s this: when women have more money, more power and more peace, we all win.
